My position is made of traditional in-house lawyer tasks, spicied with commercial angle, and enriched with international business oriented mixed of exotic Chinese ambiance. I'm currently legal counsel EU based in the UK but also Commercial Manager in Luxembourg in charge of contract reviewing & drafting for all corporate level projects with our Key Account VODAFONE.
Established in 1988, Huawei is headquartered in Shenzhen, China; 85 000 employees. 1st Telecom Manufacturer in China, its revenues in 2008 hit 16 billions USD. Huawei means "New China" or "The people's starting" or even "Achieved China".

Huawei has established a subsidiary in the United Kingdom (and Ireland) in 2003 and is now located in Basingstoke, NH. Its resources are up to 300 people.
