I am 31 years old with a MSc in Business from HEC (Paris), and Political Sciences, with 4 years experience in diverses industries, and a multicultural profile.
My first position as an assistant to the CEO of a retail & wholesale company specialised in Children's fashion gave me a global vision of management, as well of knowledge of all aspects of the sector from production to retail distribution.
My current position as project manager at a leader in flooring industry, with a small but very performing unit working for the automotive sector has introduced me to the world of production, continuous process, and lean manufacturing.
As quality manager for the automotive industry, I was able to have a down to hearth approach to an industry facing difficult times.
I am polyvalent and pragmatic with a developped taste for strategic thinking. I adapt easily to new working environement and people around me will describe as friendly and easy going.
2008 - 2009Project Service turn around for residential vinyl activities PVC flooring for the western Europe market:
Supply Chain: Set up and follow up performance to secure products availability to customers.
Target: 95% availability by the end of 2008.
Process improvement automotive sector (heavy layer parts for Tier 1 customers) :
Organisation: Set up and follow up action plan to follow organization changes.
Target: improve customer service. Reach and maintain high levels of profitability in spite of the market difficulties.
Project leader on business side for SAP project (SD,WM): Definition of requisites and follow-up of the project until the go-live.
Quality manager:
Set-up of quality improvement tools (8D, PDCA…) and performance follow-up.
Definition of quality procedures.
Relationship with customers: Product specifications, quality alerts.
2005 - 2008Strategy/Organisation: Zannier Group steering comity: organize and set agenda. Subsidiaries in USA and Italy: Audit of the internal organisations and follow-up of the activity.
Management of Kickers licensees portfolio: contract negotiations (renewal and new), model validation, marketing support tools.
Groupe Zannier Licenses: Prospecting and validation of potential licences.
Marketing retail: Project “Multimarques”, multi brand retail concepts (shop and shop in shop) aimed at developing affiliation distribution network.
