Devise, organize and launch the Festival of Sustainable Development
- Fund raising and management of a 100k Euro budget on Excel spreadsheets
- Invoicing and follow-up using « Ciel Gestion Commerciale » software
- Book-keeping and establishment of the financial statements using « Ciel Compta » software
- Elaboration of fiscal declarations
- Management of a team of 25 permanent members and volunteers
- Collaboration with territorial communities and 60 exhibitors

Achievement : Successful realization of the festival for two consecutive years (2008 and 2009), gathering up to 15 000 visitors.
