In my current role I am in charge of providing a full HR support and administration of all activities within the Human Resources department, covering the Central Europe and CIS Region (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland including HQ, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Turkey, Russia and Kazakhstan) which represents about 550 employees. Part of the development of the region has been the acquisition of new companies, where our team was at the heart of the integration of all new employees and their "alignment" to the Temenos policies.
As part of my role, I am also Coordinating HR projects, liaising with managers to involve them and following up on the implementation (HR due diligence, new Internal Policies...).
