Courbevoie2012 - maintenantMy position as an Assistant Auditor within KPMG Luxembourg S.à.r.l. mainly consists in the external audit of investment funds (SICAV and FCP) as follows:
- analysis of events that occurred throughout the year within and towards the audited entities as well as their impact on them
- review of the controls in place and their efficiency
- test of significant accounts and overall of the financial statements of the audited companies
- compliance checking towards Luxemburgish laws and regulation applicable to the financial statements
- finalization of audit works
Skills developed:
- formulating requests and handling client relationships (exclusively with their accounting services)
- planning tasks and assuring quality and delivery of audit works on time
