Monitoring of collateral process: agreements, eligibility of collateral..

Review of third parties duties: Fund Administrator/Custody/TA.

Completion of also all matters a ManCo is due to, regarding regulators/auditors (risk management, audit follow-up).

Funds Control group's mission is to be the centre of excellence for the administration of JPMorgan Asset Management's proprietary investment products in Luxembourg and Dublin. The team is multi-disciplinary whose goal is making JPMorgan Asset Management's investment products a reality, launching it, operating it and managing it throughout its life cycle.

Main responsabilities:

- Implement oversight on fixed income / balanced / vanilla / exotics products

- Excercising monitoring controls of the activities performed by our key vendors

- Supporting to oversight of financial, tax and regulatory reporting requirements, delegated to third parties by the Management Company.

- Work within small team dealing with Fund Amin/Custody/T.A./Data vendors issues which could impact the business.

- Provide senior management with relevant reporting/info in a timely manner.

Consultant at JPMorgan, 3 months before being hired.

Junior auditor during 7 months. I wasn't interested in junior auditor job that much.

Internal audit missions.

Among others, monitoring / review effective expenses compared to budget.

- Main project I participated a little: ABC approach to implement accross activities.

- Easily readable synthesis of financial controllers challenges for top management.

- Review and improvement (new excel tool + procedures) for the goods management and its accountancy.
