- Preparation and management of EU projects in performance improvement
- 03/2008 to 05/2008: Mission in the European Parliament (DG Innovation and Technological Support) to design an Innovation Strategy

- Preparation and evaluation of the procurement and grants. Preparation of the planning and the documentation of the call.(forecast/procurement notice, financial issues, tender dossier including terms of reference, contract, instructions to tenderers and if necessary, recruitment of external assessors). Responsible for drafting the evaluation committees' reports and letters to tenderers/applicants (communications with tenderers/applicants in case of complaints or clarifications).
- Contractual and legal matters with operational units (relations with delegations in the framework of the devolution process into force in EuropeAid for most of the delegations). Support the delegations in case of decentralised evaluations for procurement and grants.
- Contract Management: Preparation of contracts to selected tenderers (and addenda).
- Financial Management: verification of the availability of the budget lines mentioned in the tender dossier. Checking contractors' invoices eligibility

Preparation and management of projects funded by the European Commission, Belgian Cooperation and French Cooperation:
- Setting up of consortiums with international consultancies (including preparation of consortium agreements)
- Redaction of Technical Offers in Economic Development, Justice, Education, Acquis Communautaire, Regional development (including structural funds) and Human Rights
- Elaboration of Financial Offers in compliance with European Financial Rules like the European Development Fund
- Project Management : Daily Backstopping, meeting with the European Commission Delegation, National Authorities and relevant stakeholders
