Dear Sir/Madam:

Right after having finished my studies in business and marketing my intentions were to improve my international experience developing an attractive job abroad. This task I accomplished in October and so I am living and working in The Netherlands since then.

As can be seen on my resume, I have a three year degree that trained me as an all-around business manager (law, finance, sales, logistics...). After spending the third year in France as an Erasmus granted student, I decided to specialize in marketing for two more years in one of Madrid’s most prestigious Universities.
Thanks to my travels my language skills are a strong point. My level of French and English is high and, no matter the circumstances, I feel languages are another way to seek the competitive advantage over other candidates.

The job I currently develop is Customer Service Agent at Fujitsu in Maarssen taking care of Symantec customers in French, Spanish and English.
Previously I worked for Caja España, an internship I enrolled for the summer to learn the most out of the banking sector. In addition I was busy with my Final Thesis, a Plan Marketing in the field of Social Networking Websites.
Also I worked for Telefónica (TPI - Telefónica, Publicidad e Información) at the online products marketing department as a granted student. Among other tasks I worked on the Marketing Plan of “El Callejero” (online map), sector leader and 2005 best online site by the Spanish Internet Users Association Awards.

I am well organized, always ready to assume responsibilities and accustomed to working under pressure in dynamic environments. I also worked together with the sales force and my accomplishments in this area prepared me to make a strong contribution to your company.

I have visited the Netherlands on several occasions and have fallen in love with the country and its people. The best to learn a language is to live in the country and only this way I would satisfy my personal ambition of learning more languages.

I have the human touch; I’m energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic, creative and open-minded as well as an international focus.

I can be contacted by email on a_herrera_ferrero@yahoo.es or by calling +31.(0)6.43.77.42.26.

With great interest,

Alberto Herrera
