Under a sole mandate, IceVista successfully negotiated the sale of Sinfilo's Hotspot and Public WiFi activities to Telenet, the biggest cable operator in Belgium, and second biggest telco.

According to Brainheart Capital's WISP Chronicle "The fast growing WISP, Sinfilo, has silently and in very short time become one of the largest players in Europe. Sinfilo's CEO Brendon Grunewald is aggressively targeting the rather untouched Belgian market. They started to light up hotspots late 2002 and by now they have 53 hotspots in Belgium. The company plan to have 150 - 200 locations by the end of this year. Sinfilo focus on traditional venues like hotels, conference centers, highway restaurants, airports and railway stations. Many of their hotspots are located in highway restaurants and hotels operated by the Carestel group."
