• Auchan Group - Toys department manager assistant

  Villeneuve-d'Ascq 2004 - 2005 Auchan is the 2nd biggest distribution group in France after Carrefour. I worked in one of Paris Auchan hypermarket, the 9th in the country in terms of sales volume and with more than 800 employee in the store during annual peak period.
  
  I was in the toys department, organizing the Christmas event, I managed a team of 11 persons. With the help of the manager, I was responsible from the choices of the products to their implementation in the store, then during the event, we followed-up the activity and motivated the team until the end. We gained the 8th best turnover in the whole country with an increase of 6% compared to the precedent year.

• Les Delices de Voltaire - Waitress

  2003 - 2003 Typical French bakery store with the traditional "baguette, croissants, ..." and French pastries "Mille-feuilles, eclairs, religieuses", but the store was also making lunch menus and snack-foods.
  
  It was a summer job (3 months).
