    1999 to date, lecturing to students on courses in Business, Marketing, HRM, Management, and Economics offered at the Business School; specific areas of teaching include: International and European Business; International Business Environments; Introductory Management; Management and the Global Economy; organiser/group leader of week-long residential business trips to Continental Europe for Undergraduates in Business (2000, 2001, 2004-6), and for Postgraduates in Human Resource Management (2002, 2009 and 2011)

    October 2008: external adviser for the validation of ODUPLUS courses (Off-Campus Delivery of University Provision Led by University Staff) involving Hong-Kong Management Association and Huddersfield University Business School

    Curriculum portfolio development:
    2010-11: under Dean’s leadership, led the review of UG courses in Lon Metropolitan University Business School (LMBS) HRM, Management and Marketing cluster (23 courses, 11 course leaders, 780 students) to develop the new portfolio ready for 2012
    2007-8: developed the BA International Business Management course and its top-up provision as part of a new suite of Business Management courses offered in LMBS

    Teaching experience:
    1991-1999, Lecturer at Faculty of Human Sciences, London Guildhall University (LGU) – pedagogic aspects included classroom teaching, tutorial and seminar work, extensive fieldwork (organiser of residential week-long trips to Continental Europe and UK between 1991-1998)

    Administrative and managerial responsibilities:
    1991-1999, Course Organiser for BA/BSc Geography with Licence de Géographie - partnership with Université de Caen (1992), and Université Lumière Lyon II (1996). Cooperation took place in three areas which I coordinated: student mobility, staff mobility, joint course development.
    From 1995-6, Coordinator of Study (parallel responsibility) - to provide academic counselling on all regulatory matters, personal support and programme planning advice to students so they would benefit from the flexibility of the Credit Accumulation System and achieve appropriate awards

    Consultancy/professional practice:
    Since 1992, participated in university’s staff mobility programme (including teaching and course development with various European partner universities)
