    Brought on board as Interim Chief Restructuring Officer; hired within 5 months as Director and Managing Director with P&L, operations and sales management responsibility. Actually Chairman of the Board and Managing Director.
  • Socagest SA - Managing Director

    2014 - 2015 The Socagest Group is a 120-employee mechanical/industrial engineering company based in Ham-sur-Sambre with subsidiaries in Belgium, Kenya and Brazil.

    Redesigned organizational structure to acquire and support higher value business, abandon low-profit segments, and save 1 mio EUR. Reduced staffing – worked with unions and regional/national authorities on a social plan that impacted 40% of employees and concluded in just 3 weeks with no major actions or business disruption.
  • YeXpand - Associate Partner

    2013 - 2014 Provided advisory services on startup matters, financials and development of international trade strategies to small and medium sized companies acting on the FMCG market. Delivered significant international business development successes for clients in Europe and Mexico. Negotiated with local logistics providers, warehouses and distributors and represented clients at international exhibitions.
