Established the brand in US and Canadian markets with opening of the North American office and quickly developed a strong brand recognition among consumers. Directly responsible for premium vendors relations and identification of collaborations partners.

    - Full P&L responsibility for defining and implementing US operational strategy.
    - Identification of development opportunities for wholesale business by territories.
    - Identification and implementation of partnership opportunities for cross-branding and limited edition collections (Coach, Barneys NY, J.Crew, Nordstrom, Mr A.)
    - Lead and direct sales team for US and Canada (4 showrooms serving over 250 independent retailers).
    - Responsible for pricing and positioning strategy.
    - Retail planning, identification of opportunities and opening of corporate retail stores as well as Saint James brand partner stores.
    - Establish marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with PR representative.

    Initiated the implantation and development of the brand in North America. Successfully lead the restructuring of supply chain and distribution systems, customer service policies and company operations.

    Effectively positioned the brand in the better apparel market with a strong name recognition and customer loyalty through strategic retail planning as well as press partnerships and editorials.
