    Main activities and responsibilities * Initiated and advanced a programme for ESMA's content management systems consisting of document management system, intranet and others SharePoint 2013 platform based applications. It involved the selection of target technology and service supplier, creation of the implementation roadmap, coordination of the technology selection process, planning, contracting the suppliers, initiation and management of several projects, team-coordination, timely reporting, review of the deliveries, and contract management.
