  • Bayer HealthCare - Head of European HR

    Lyon 2005 - maintenant I am in charge of Human Resources for the Region Europe, Africa, Middle East of the Consumer Care Division (staff 3000 in 25 countries). At the same time I am responsible of coordinating all the HR processes for the five Bayer HealthCare divisions in the same Region (staff 14500 in 25 countries).

    Bayer Consumer Care acquired the OTC Division of Hoffman La Roche end of 2004 ; Roche Nicholas was an affiliates of this OTC division. Consumer Care is one of the five divisions of Bayer HealthCare.

    Actions & results :
    - build-up of a European Headquarter in Switzerland and support to the Bayer European integration
    - coaching of the European Executive Team ; development of workshops to align the managers to the Bayer culture
    - development of a people oriented culture and implementation of talent management and leadership strategies
    - improvement of the consistency of HR processes across divisions and countries and development of best practices.
  • Laboratoires Roche Nicholas - Head of HR

    2002 - 2005 OTC laboratory (staff: 700 people on 4 sites in France)

    Actions & results : development of performance based incentive programs ; implementation of competencies management tools for all employees ; leadership training course for company executives ; negotiation of several collective agreements ; support to managers to ensure greater employee respect of internal company rules and policies ; ensured a dramatic improvment of social indicators (absenteism, staff turnover,…).
  • PSA Peugeot Citroen - Deputy Head and Head of Global Division HR

    Rueil Malmaison 1998 - 2001 HR responsability for Innovation, Design, IT and Quality departments – Staff : 3300 people worldwide

    Actions and results : Creation and implementation of a new HR function ; development of specific HR processes for designers ; recruitment of IT people (more than 500 in 2 years) ; boosting of talent management (identification and coaching of highflyers,…) ; selection and implementation of HRIS ;
