    Ensuring client expectations and needs are fulfilled within a time and charge spectrum.
    Website, Streaming & OTT solutions, Mobile Apps improvement and sustainability, following technical evolution and bring a solution to the client.

    Working along technical developers, video technicians and UXs, mainly based in our Turin HQ, managing new features delivery on projects, costs and charges optimization, KPIs definition, resolving client expectation conflicts and ensuring seamless working management on big multiple sources projects such as Play Sports (.BE) or Ziggo OTT platforms.

    2015 - 2015 The Imaginative Minds (TIM) is an internal agency born from INSEEC Group.
    It brings innovative visual solutions to external clients (All 4 Youth, Carnets Merchandising...) such as Nestlé, Facebook or Naville and to internal establishments (all INSEEC schools and partnership companies) such as Sup de Pub, Crea Geneva, CESNI, INSEEC Business School, Luxury Attitude...
