FOCUS
In all work aiming at improving process efficiency and support, visualisation is a must for better understanding. We need to make clear our goals and the ways leading to them.
We must take advantage of maps, pictures, graphs and other visual media - like my own application which mixes graphics with intelligent spreadsheet-cells - to convey our message and be able to work together over a common material.
A project and process manager with a wide experience from various industries and change processes, I find that the MBM Business Viewer is a powerful visualisation and documentation tool of great help in my work as an analyst, facilitator and process leader.
