    Trend forecasting and marketing:
    - Elaborated seasonal (twice a year) trend-books for the Design Department, based on the individual needs of the different markets in Europe, and the competitors’ range of products by:
    * attending Berlin, Paris, London, Barcelona, Milan Las Vegas and Koeln Fashion Trade Shows
    * buying samples and researching in stores in cities all over Europe.
    * collecting information and references from European fashion and entertainment press.
    - Set up colors and fabrication plans for the season:
    * selecting colors to be used in the collection for the season (based on trends and
    previous collection’s best-sellers).
    * sourcing and collecting all fabrics that will be in use for the season after attending
    fabric trade shows in Milan (Pitti Filati) and Paris (Premiere Vision)
    - Elaborated seasonal trend books for the marketing department
    * presenting in a graphical and non-technical way an preview of how the collection would look like, its visual
    language and the targeted customers.
    Design and development of urban menswear collections for the European markets

    - Created 2 to 3 collections a year, for each of the 2 Brand names:
    * designing a big portion of visuals and illustrations to be used as embroideries, prints or trimmings (labels, patches, zippers, buttons…) on the garment.
    * creating pattern to be repeated on printed fabrics.
    * creating technical packages, giving all data and information about a garment on a single document, in order to be understood by vendors and factories.
    - Developed size specifications chart for the various garments in use:
    * creating a document for each sample requested, detailing all measurements for
    every size, to be sent to the pattern makers.
    - Set up of color rotations and merchandising of the lines:
    * creating “rules” on how to combine colors and fabrics, in order to have consistency through the lines and saving manufacturing costs.
    * developing technical documents describing the materials to use and the different color variations of all
    trimmings (labels, patches, zippers, buttons…) prints and embroideries to match with the many colors and fabrics in use.
    - Commented prototypes, salesmen and pre-production samples.

    - Presentation and explanation of the lines to the salesmen before selling.
    * meeting with salesmen from all over Europe to clarify prices, qualities, concepts and all necessary
    information needed before their visits to the buyers.
