    Responsibility * Sales & Marketing Support: Co-ordinate with the warehouse division (for printed collateral) and Marketing Database stream (for electronic promotions) to ensure timely dispatch to the Dealers of the marketing campaigns in the eastern zone.
    * Feeling the pulse of the market and suggesting key BTL activities for the zone that can enable the brands get to the next level of sales.
    * Identifying (and coordinating with) the right agencies for smoothly carrying out on ground operations BTL activities when needed.
    * Evaluate program results and analyzing them as per the requirement.
    * Coordinating with all the vendors for sales event planning & execution part.
    * Manage all aspects of print production for event support.
    * Administrative Support: To ensure proper MIS and reports are being maintained. ;
    * To coordinating and ensuring, the payments are timely made by the dealers/vendor and also the other authorities.
    * Coordinating to the account department at the end of every financial year for the necessary certificate as per the client/vendor's requirement. e.g., TDS, etc.

    Responsibility * Marketing Support: Create an annual calendar for participating in conferences, events and exhibitions relevant to our area of business.
    * Plan and create marketing collaterals to be used at the stalls in this conference.
    * Assist in the sourcing of marketing & branding communications gifts, for the entire event and also manage suppliers and keep stock of corporate gifts.
    * Support Conferences, Exhibitions & Event Support - mailing invites, follow up, arranging logistics and list maintenance of participation and onsite help at events.
    * Award Management - Creating lists of applications received, acknowledging application, Scopus analysis of their publication profile, tabulating all data for screening and selection process.
    * Sales and admin Support:- Coordination to the account department for all marketing invoice processing and their payment are made in time to the vendors ;
    * To ensure proper MIS and reports are being maintained. ;
    * Generating Usage reports and analyzing them as per the requirement
    * Handling customer queries in absence of colleagues (during their travel)
    * Research & Customer Database: Research every possible secondary data available on Science & Technology (Academic & Government segment) relevant to our business and build an intelligence database + update them at regular intervals ;
    * Study & capture latest market developments & communicate the same to the stakeholders in Marketing ;
