En résumé

I am a business transformation practitioner who helps leaders increase their odds of a successful and sustainable transformation.

PROBLEMS I SOLVE

Over the past two decades, I have helped leaders from large and mid-sized organizations to:

overcome inertia towards extensive and intricate changes
develop an understanding of transformation effort
manage the many facets of business-wide transformation

HOW I ORCHESTRATE

To lead and facilitate the business transformation, I put in practice ten golden rules:

apply a holistic business transformation management methodology
interact with stakeholders to align all expectations with the overall objectives
enable to move forward swiftly instead of falling victims to change
play a role model for the sort of behavior necessary
act as the face of the transformation
challenge the current situation
encourage free-thinking to identify additional value sources
decide based on independent facts and analysis
set governance based on a clear decision-making hierarchy
integrate agile working methods to accelerate the business transformation

MY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL BACKGROUND

I have contributed to elaborating and implementing over 30 information systems (including large and complex ones) in multi-functional teams across various sectors (energy, financial, management consulting, legal, public sector, and others.) As a result, I have gained extensive experience in a large variety of leading-edge management methodologies and ICT tools.

I am here to chart a new course of business transformation towards a more prosperous future.
Feel free to let me know why you are in this.
